Replacement Head For Old Reese Weight Distribution Trunnion Bar System
Question:
on item number RP58167 can i use my existing shank and trunion bars? my existing reese is 23 years old and there are locking tabs to prevent the bars from slipping out and one tab broke off. i’d like to find the one tab and replace if possible. this part is option two thank you

You can use the Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System - Trunnion Bar # RP58167 if you have something like this weight distribution shank # RP54970. This will work with a ball with a shank diameter of 1-1/4 inches new or old. I cannot provide a replacement part for the one tab on your old set up, ideally you would have a specific model to provide and then I can get you exactly what you need. This may be impossible because of how old your system is, but identification could still be visible.
