Which Front Hitch and Suspension Enhancement for 2012 Coachman Freelander RV with E-350 Chassis

It looks like the 2012 Coachman Freelander RV was built on an E350 chassis, so you'll want to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65053, which is designed to fit on the front of the E-350 RV chassis. This is a custom fit hitch designed specifically for this vehicle that has a 500-lbs vertical load limit, so you'll want to be sure that your scooter and carrier stay under that weight combined.

If you need a carrier for the scooter as well, the 32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 400 lbs # PS1040100 weighs 64-lbs and would be a great, light weight option that might work for you.

For suspension enhancement on your 2012 Coachman Freelander I recommend using the SuperSprings # SSR-122-40, which will install on the rear axle and help control sway events and help prevent sag that would otherwise create instability on the rear of the coach. You could pair these with a front axle helper like the Sumo Springs Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-106-47 to further help with sway and shock absorbing, and you'll get a noticeable difference in the way your coach handles. Unfortunately there is not currently a steering stabilizer, which would have been the last piece of the puzzle, but these two additions will definitely help.
