We have a few different Underbed Rail Kits, but most underbed rails are made for a specific fifth wheel hitch.

I highly recommend the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30868 which is a confirmed fit for your 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 HD SRW. The best part about this underbed rail is that it allows you to use any of the Reese Elite hitches like the 20K Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30921, and will work with hitches that are made for the Ford OEM Prep Package.

This underbed rail will give you the most hitch options, and if you already have a hitch that uses the industry standard rails (ISR) you can use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 to be able to use most hitches that use industry standard rails.

If you do not already have a fifth wheel hitch my recommendation will be based on the bed length of your truck.
