Folding Bike Rack that Might Fit Past Rear Spare of Jeep Wrangler

Interested in purchasing Swagman 64683 bike rack. Will it clear the spare tire on the back of a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL? In use with 2 bikes and folded with no bikes. Thanks,

The Swagman bike rack part # S64683 that you referenced has a distance of 12-1/2 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack when folded down which we have found is normally enough clearance to fit past the spare of a Jeep Wrangler like your 2019 model but you'd want to measure your vehicle from pin hole to outside portion of spare to verify this. When this is folded up there's only 6 inches here which most likely would not be enough clearance. In general there aren't hitch bike racks that will fold up and clear spare of a Wrangler but the rack we offer that has the most clearance in the folded position is the Hollywood Racks Destination part # HLY94FR which has 10 inches from the center of the pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack when folded up.
