Yes, the Glacier Chains Cable Snow Tire Chains, # PW1046, will fit the P235/55R19 tires on your 2013 Lexus RX 450h. I have attached a link to all of the tire chains that we carry that will fit your tire size.
It is important that you check your owners manual on the use of tire chains. Some manufacturers place restrictions on the use of tire chains.
If you would like a tire chain with better performance at an economical price, I would recommend looking at the Glacier Square-Link Tire Chains, # TC2317. The square-link tire chains will perform much better in snow and ice than the cable style chains and are comparable in price. The square-link chains will also last longer than the cable style chains.
Both of the tire chains that I have mentioned are Class S rated, meaning they are designed to work with vehicles that have limited wheel-well clearance. Along with the chains, you will also need the Glacier Rubber Adjusters, # PW99, to keeps the chains secure around the wheel.
