5K Capacity Bulldog Jack Is Jammed and Will Not Raise or Lower Trailer
Question:
I have a Bulldog Max Capacity of 5,000 lbs lift and 8,000 lbs static and will not crank down or up, what are the parts i would need for this?

Expert Reply:
According to Bulldog, the jack has been either over extended or retracted and the main screw inside that runs the jack in and out has jammed into the nut. If using a reasonable amount of force won't successfully retract or extend the jack, then Bulldog recommends that the jack be replaced as the screw has been damaged and a replacement part isn't available.
The closest replacement to your original jack is part # PS1400800383.
