Troubleshooting No Power From 12v Circuit on 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500

No 12 volt to run lights in car hauler but have running lights and all .brand new.

It sounds like you're not getting power on the 12v circuit on your 7 way connector and you've tested this either with a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 or a tester like the # C73NR. It's possible that the fuse for the 12v power on your 7 way connector on your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 has blown; I would check the fuse box in the engine compartment and look at fuse # 2 to make sure that it's in good working order. This could be the reason that you're not getting any interior lights turning on in your car hauler. I would start there.
If your fuses are in tact, but you're still not getting power to the 12v circuit (located at 1 o'clock when looking at the vehicle side plug), let me know and I can give you a few other things to look at.
