Recommended Timbren Axle-Less System with 5 on 5 Bolt Pattern Hubs for Overland Trailer

Question:

I have a solution for you, and it sounds like you're looking for a Timbren system that can be used with 5 on 5 hubs that would allow you to use Jeep wheels. Unfortunately the Timbren # A12WS545 spindle does not have any hubs with that bolt pattern, so instead you would need to use the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS01. If you're looking for a lifted system, the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS03 would also work. The spindle on these Timbren systems use an # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing, which would then let you use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84550BX that has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern to match Jeep wheels. I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at.

In order to use off-road tires that are 31.5" x 12.50" you can use the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Wide Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS02. This hub uses a # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing, so it will work with the # 84550BX hubs with 5 on 5" bolt patterns.
