Recommended Converter Upgrade for 2008 Columbia Northwest Sportliner with 45 Amp Converter

Hi there, I have a 2008 CNW Sportliner pop up camper and it has an Elixir-25? converter in it. I need something that is the latest and greatest for charging my battery. The one I have only charges at one rate and has already cooked one battery. Im trying to get the best life from my new sealed battery and not cook it like this Elixir did my last battery. What do you recommend as the best direct replacement?
