Do Head Adjustments of Demco Hijacker Need to be Adjusted Only Once or Every Time Towing

I have a question about the side adjusters, do you have to tighten them down each time or do you hand tighten them on the first time only, after that is their any adjusting?

The side adjusters on the head of the Demco Hijacker Autoslide part # DM8550034 that you referenced only have to be adjusted once. You basically set them up to match the pin box that your trailer has and then after that you would not need to adjust them again unless you changed trailers.
