The Inno Phantom 466 Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRM466WH will fit your 2013 Hyundai Tucson but it may have some contact with the antenna. If you have a naked roof then you need the Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712400 with the Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501 and the Fit Kit # TH145134. This setup with the Phantom 466 # INBRM466WH may interfere with your antenna which is why I would recommend getting the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box # SR7018 because it is a lot shorter but still can carry 18 cu ft of cargo.

If you have raised rails then you can get the Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712400 and the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. This will be a little more adjustable as to where you can place your bars. This will give you more adjustments forward when mounting the box so this set up will be less likely to interfere with your antenna.
