Can Thule DoubleTrack Bike Rack Tilt with Bikes Loaded

Question:

I have a 2019 Ford Edge SEL and am looking for a platform bike rack. I am interested in the Thule Double Track Pro 2. Does this rack tilt with bikes on it to access the rear lift gate of my Edge? Picture 3 shows accessing the lift gate with the rack on it, but no picture of accessing the lift gate with bikes on the rack. Appreciate any help you can offer.

The Thule Doubletrack Bike Rack part # TH92BJ cannot tilt back with bikes loaded to give additional access to rear cargo door of your 2019 Ford Edge. It's folding feature allows it to fold up.

It's a big jump in price but the Thule Helium part # TH44VR can tilt back.
