Trailer Hitch Fit and Trailer Wiring Harness for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport
Question:
Can the Santa Fe Sport use the same hitch as the 3rd row Santa Fe? There isn’t a Santa Fe Sport option. I loved how easy the last hitch I bought from ya’ll went on my old Flex and want to duplicate the experience.

The Sport and the longer wheelbase 'regular' 2017 Santa Fe models do indeed use different hitches. The exhaust is positioned a bit differently at the rear of the Sport model, which necessitates a different hitch design for both vehicles.
The Sport model can indeed use the Curt # C13152 hitch you'd looked at. On a scale of 1-10, we rate the difficulty of the installation at a 3, which will make for a pretty easy install.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C56332 if your Santa Fe Sport has the tow package or # 118571. For a ball mount, use # D-28 and the # PC3 hitch pin. For a 1-7/8 hitch ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
