Bolts Will Not Install on Draw-Tite Hitch on 2013 Honda Odyssey
Question:
I cant get the M12 bolts started vertically from the bottom. Theyre listed on the instructions as M12x1.25, but that seems like an odd size. Are you sure its the right bolt? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The bolts are correct for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76025 that fits your 2013 Honda Odyssey, and it's not an unusual problem for the bolts not to completely fit into the holes during a hitch installation.
What you need to do is use some lubricant and the Nylon Tube Brush # 814092 to clean the bolt holes, as they have accumulated dirt and other grime that makes it difficult to get the bolts started.
I have added a link to a help article for you to check out as well which has some more information about this issue.
