Will these Dexter drums fit on a Lipper axeles. looks like they should.

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 - 9/16" Studs # 8-219-13UC3 will fit on your Lippert axle. They use the same size bearings and seal.
