Is There a Lower Profile RV Roof Vent Available
Question:
Can I trim the flange to reduce height on outside of the van for a lower profile?

If you wanted a lower profile roof vent for your RV that won't require trimming the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-03801 would be the way to go. I can't recommend you trim down the flange of the # FV802250 as it was not designed for that.
I attached a review and install video for the fan I mentioned though for you to check out as well.
