Yes! the RhinoRack # RR42114BF will fit on round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars so as long as you've got existing roof rack crossbars on your 2019 Subaru Impreza, this will be a great fit for your vehicle. The Universal Pioneer platform is 38" wide and 48" long, so it will provide you with a great storage platform when you're on the road.

I also like to recommend that if you're going to be carrying any items on the roof that might need to be tied down that you add the RhinoRack Eyelet Kit # RR43178, which will give you 4 tie down points that mount in the T-slots on the Pioneer platform.
