How Many Bolts Are There for Demco Classic Base Plates for 2009 Hummer H3

is there extra bolts, or do I use my 2 bolts per plate to bolt the new plates back on??

The are four bolts you will use to install the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518193 on your 2009 Hummer H3.
I have added a cut out from the linked installation instructions which detail this. Along with base plates there are a number of other things you will need to flat tow your 2009 Hummer H3, and to simplify I'll make a list for you.
- Base Plate Kit: Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518193
- Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- For a motorhome with air brakes: Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243
