Is it Normal for a Friction Sway Control Unit like Curt 17200 to Be Noisy
Question:
I installed a sway control bar I makes a squeaking noise when i turning. is this what they do? if not what is needed to stop this noise

The noise you're hearing is pretty typical for a friction sway control like the Curt # 17200 and there's really no getting around it because adding lubrication would cause the sway control to be ineffective.
