Will this cover work with the UWS Truck Bed Toolbox w/ Pull Handles - Crossover Style - Low Profile - 8.6 cu ft - Matte Black Item # UWS07647? I have a 2012 F-350 with an 8 foot bed. Was hoping I could buy these two items!

The Access roll up tonneau cover part # 834532008460 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Ford F-250 long bed and was designed to fit with tool boxes that are between 19 and 21 inches in width like the UWS tool box # UWS07647 that you referenced which also fits your truck. These two both fit your truck and would work well together.
