Expert Reply:

The bar stock that the vertical portion of the Equal-i-zer # EQ90-02-4800 shank is constructed of is 2 inches square, which makes it compatible with most weight distribution heads. The adjustment holes are spaced 1-1/4 inches apart which is standard. If used in the rise position, the shank provides a maximum rise of 8 inches, or a 4 inch maximum drop when used in that orientation. I've linked you to a product video featuring the # EQ90-02-4800 shank.
