Hi, will this cargo carrier work with the Curt Class 1 1-1/4inch C11088 receiver on a 2016 Nissan Juke SV AWD? Will the light kit 20174 work with the Curt T-Connector wiring harness C56124?

For your 2016 Nissan Juke AWD, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11088 is a confirmed fit as long as you don't have the NISMO model. The center of the hitch pin to the outside bumper edge measures 3-5/8 inches so I recommend the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier that you asked about for 1-1/4" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # 63155 is a confirmed fit.
