The Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # C60685 is an excellent option for a 2010 Ford F-350. It will allow you to tow a gooseneck trailer no problem but if you also need to tow a 5th wheel trailer then there is an option. The Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # C16220 will install into the gooseneck opening and then allow you to mount a 5th wheel hitch such as the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16140. Please note, the adapter is your only option since you cannot install above bed base rails which mount to the frame on a truck with gooseneck hitch because there will be no clearance.
Don't forget the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector part # C56070.
