I'm actually pretty stoked about the parts that you are looking at because it's the perfect setup for overlanding. The Lock N Roll Trailer Coupler # 336TS508 and Articulating Hitch # 336VS503505 allow you to tow the trailer over some pretty intense terrain since you don't have to worry about any angles of how a coupler would normally react with a hitch ball.
Then the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle # ASR3500S06 gives you're trailer a suspension system that will be MUCH better for off-road/overland towing than the traditional axle tube/leaf spring setup. This is mostly due tot he increased ground clearance, but the fact that both sides will react independently is a big benefit as well.
The Redline Idler Hub Assembly # 84550BX uses bearing and a seal that fits with the Timbren spindles so you're good to go on that end. This comes as a quantity of 1 though so make sure you get 2 of these.
If you want to upgrade to brakes on the trailer (which will give you more control while towing both on the highway and off-road) then I recommend using the self-adjusting etrailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA along with the etrailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.
In addition to the trailer brakes you'll also need a brake controller for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR is the absolute best for your towing application because you can set it for either proportional braking (used for on-road towing) as well as user-control braking (used for off-road towing). This is also extremely versatile in where it can be installed and all you see is the control knob so nothing else is in the way. You may need some additional parts like the # ETBC7 or # 5506 wiring kit depending on what your Jeep is currently equipped with.
I've attached review and sample installation videos for you to check out, as well as some helpful articles on towing and trailers you can utilize while you're building your trailer.
