Towing Gooseneck Trailer with 2019 Ram 2500 OEM 5th Wheel Prep Package and No Gooseneck Receiver
Question:
I have a new 2019 Ram 2500 crew cab with 64 inch bed. My truck has the 5th wheel prep package but does not have the gooseneck hitch. Will the Curt 60633 gooseneck work for my application? Thanks!

The Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60633 isn't compatible since your 2019 Ram 2500 has the OEM prep package, but I do have an alternative solution for you.
This involves using the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154 to give your pickup industry standard base rails, and then the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055 or Curt Spyder # 16085 so that you have a hitch ball. This won't sit as low as the OEM-Style gooseneck hitch you were looking at (the adapter adds 2" of height), but it is the easiest solution available as anything else would require you to replace the OEM puck system or swapping out how your trailer connects to the Ram pickup.
