Can a Trailer Hitch Pin Lock be Used with the San Diego Chargers Hitch Cover # HHCC2024

Does the hole go thru both sides so that a locking pin can secure this to the hitch?

Yes, the hole does go through both sides on the Chargers hitch cover, # HHCC2024. For a hitch lock I recommend # e98880 to secure the cover and deter theft. I have included a link to a video review of the lock for you.
