Replacement Locking Hitch Pin and Cable Lock for Older Model Thule Hitch Rack 515-0109
Question:
I have a 515-0109 Thule hitch rack but it’s missing the lock and the lock for the hitch. Any ideas where to get replacements?

I have a solution for you, but I checked with Thule and they told me that the 515-0109 is just a generic number that was used on their very old hitch mounted bike racks (mostly found in Europe), so replacement parts for this rack may be difficult to come by. With that being said, you may be able to use the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 if you're able to stick a popsicle stick (or some other long object) through the bolt hole where the hitch pin would fit; as long as it goes all the way through the hole you can use the new Snug Tite setup. If it does not go all the way through, there is not a pin you can use to replace your old one. Additionally, since this rack most likely came with a cable lock you can just use the Thule Cable Lock with One Key System Lock Core # TH538XT, which is a 6 foot long cable lock that will help you secure your bikes to your Thule rack.
