The Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.30-12 - Load Range C # AM10066 has a speed rating of 65 mph and like you mentioned a max load capacity of 1,045 lbs at 80 psi. However you should make sure that the combined maximum load rating is higher than the weight of your loaded trailer. With that being said, I can not recommend that you drive 70-75 mph and go over the speed rating of the tire. Excessive weight and speed can cause premature wear, heat build up, and potential tire blow outs.
For a tire that's the same size and has a higher speed rating I recommend Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C. It's still a load range C and has a Maximum load limit of 1,050 lbs at 80 psi. It's also has a M speed rating, so it's rated up to 81 mph. The Taskmaster are radial tires compared to the Bias Ply Kenda tires above. The radial tires have less heat build up because of how they are constructed and typically ride smoother on the highway. Bias ply tires are typically used in off road or agricultural applications.
I linked the parts above, attached a few review videos and an article with a ton of useful information about trailer tires.
