I contacted Dexter and the Unitized Oil Seal for Trailer Hubs part # 10-63 do not require RTV sealant or a gasket maker. They are typically used in oil bath hubs. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

To replace your Dexter 10-36 grease seals I recommend using Grease Seal #GS-2250DL. This seal has an inner diameter of 2.25" and outer diameter of 3.376". This is a double lip seal.
