Trailer Hitch and Accessories for a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and Who Could Install the Hitch
Question:
Is this the proper hitch for a 2007 Camry Hybrid? Will Toyota dealership install it? If not who do you suggest?

Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite trailer hitch, # 36416, will fit a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. A Toyota dealership might install it but I recommend going to a trusted mechanic or an RV dealer or shop that works on trailers to have it installed if you do not want to tackle the project yourself.
I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # 36071 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 118482. I have included instruction links for the wiring as well.
