If you are looking for a bolt-on trailer hitch to install on a trailer then the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703 is your best option because it fits all different types of trailers such as those with an i-beam frame and it can be bolted on as you mentioned. The bolt holes would obviously not be present so what you would need to do is remove the side plates from the hitch and then use those on the side of the trailer frame as a template for drilling. The cross tube can then be installed and cut to length once you get the side plates where you want them.
I have attached a few sample install videos for you. If you need wiring for the rear of the trailer you can just use the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester part # 18252 and splice into the tail lights on the trailer.
