You will want to make sure that this is the best system for your needs. Weight distribution systems should be selected based on the tongue weight of the trailer plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the towing vehicle.
This system has a tongue weight capacity range of 800 to 1,000 pounds. You would want the total tongue weight to be in the middle of that range. If the tongue weight is less, the system will not be effective and you will experience a rough ride. If the tongue weight is over the range it can damage the system and the trailer or vehicle.
