Transmission Cooler for 2019 Toyota Tundra
Question:
Very little info on this cooler. Can you tell me what kind of btu/hr. I have a 2019 tundra and tow a 6500 lb 5th wheel. This would be a stand a lone cooler as toyota didnt supply any of the 19 or 20s with any sort of cooler. Thanks

Tundra is very likely equipped with a transmission cooler that's internally integrated into the radiator (which is why you didn't see one in front of the radiator). In addition to the rubber radiator hoses, there will be a metal supply and return line to the transmission. A supplemental cooler like the # FLX400030 is designed to install inline on the return line leading back to the transmission from the radiator. Since this cooler doesn't include the fittings or hoses needed for installation, and the manufacturer couldn't provide any specific information about what would be needed to complete the install, I'd recommend going with the # D13504 which does include the install fittings and hoses.
Unfortunately, Flex-a-Lite didn't have any information about the btu/hour for their coolers. I'm sorry I could't get the information you were looking for.
