For the 6-3/4" bed Ford F-250, there are plenty of options. I am recommending the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH43003XT-785EX but have also included a list of other options that are confirmed fits for your F-250. This rack adjusts along the length of your truck bed and easily removes from the included T-track base rails.

The Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501410 would be a value recommendation with less capacity at 800lbs but also may do what you need at a better price point.
