Correct Trailer Hitch For A 2019 Volkswagen Jetta TDI

Which of these hitches would be better for my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta TDI? I'm looking to add a cargo carrier.

My recommendation is the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24978 which has a lower profile design, hiding the receiver tube. An additional consideration is difficulty of installation which is noticeably more here but is also part of how the hitch has a slimmer look. The Curt # C11540 while easier to install, will show the receiver tube as you can see from the installation instructions sample image provided.
Both options are solidly made with quality materials that can handle a cargo carrier like the 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145.
