2004 HD Diesel, no power to 7 way plug for running lights. Brown wire, is there a plug tail or fuse I am missing? Stop and turn signals are working fine.

If there are no trailer running lights on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado then the first thing you will want to do is check the trailer running light fuse. This fuse is located within the engine bay fuse box, on the driver side near the battery. The cavity labeled "TRL PARK" is responsible for the trailer running light circuit and the one you will need to check.
If the fuse is in working order then the issue may be with the trailer connector in which case you could use the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket part # HM40975 as a direct plug-in-play connection. I have attached a troubleshooting help article on testing trailer connectors and wiring as well which may help.
