If you have Electric Coach Steps on your 2016 Thor Tuscany XTE 32 then you need to test the motor to find out if the control module needs to be replaced. In order to do this you need to simply give the two wires into it a power and a ground to a battery (make sure all of your ground wires are securely connected to clean, bare-metal as well). This should engage the motor. If the motor is bad, you will want the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301695.
Should your motor work just fine but your steps still don't move then the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Electric Coach Steps # LC301702 is what you need.
