I see you'd looked at Titan Allow Diamond Pattern chains, which are a great choice but they wouldn't fit well as they'd be a little too large. You'd do better with a slightly smaller size in the same type of chain, part # TC2321. I've linked you to a product demonstration video that shows how to install the chains. I'd recommend doing a couple of dry runs, getting some practice installing them in the comfort of your driveway or garage, as knee-deep in a snowdrift isn't the time or place to get schooled up on the procedure. Rubber adjusters like # TCOA2 would be recommended, as they'll keep the cables tight against the tire.
