Most Recessed and Hidden Trailer Hitch that Fits 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon

Which hitch for my 2020 Subaru Outback wagon is the most recessed under the bumper? I don't want to hit my shins on it!

I attached two pictures of hitches installed on a Subaru Outback like your 2020 model. The first picture is the Draw Tite # 76227 which sticks out more and hangs down further and the second is the EcoHitch part # 306-X7601 which is more recessed and sits up tighter to the rear bumper. Based on what you are looking for the EcoHitch is the best option. It's the most recessed so you won't hit your shin on it! Also it's the most hidden too.
