What cross bar and quick disconnects do I need for item rm52285-1 tow plate for a 2015 Smart Fortwo ? What size pins in crossbar to tow bar? Thanks

Assuming that you have a Roadmaster Tow Bar, you'll want to use # 910021-00, which includes both the crossbar and the quick disconnects, as well as the 3/4 inch diameter linch pin.

If you have a different brand tow bar, you'll also need an adapter, as outlined in the chart I've linked.
