Looking for a heavy duty trailer hitch fit for a 2019 Ram 3500 cab and chassis. I'd like a lot of weight capacity if there is a good one for that.

There is a great option for a heavy duty trailer hitch receiver that fits a 2019 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15400. This behemoth of a hitch is a Class V with a 2 inch receiver and has a 2,550 lb tongue weight capacity along with a 17,000 lb towing capacity.
This hitch is designed to fit so long as your '19 Ram 3500 has a frame that is 34 inches outside to outside and I have added a link to a video install as well as the written instructions for you to check out so you can see all the steps necessary to put this hitch on your Ram.
