The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F4124, would be the correct part number for the rear of your 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser if it is a four wheel drive model. They do not offer any system for the front of your vehicle. I would not recommend to try to use the rear springs on the front of your vehicle. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Firestone rear springs.
Firestone does offer lift spacers for vehicles that are lifted but they will not work with the Coil-Rite system.
The only suspension enhancement I have available for the front and rear of your Land Cruiser would be the Timbren suspension system. They are a hollow rubber spring application instead of an air bag application. It will only fit the four wheel drive models.
The Timbren Suspension, part # TTOFLC1, would be for the front and the Timbren Suspension, part # TTORLC1, would be for the rear of your Land Cruiser. These rubber springs will install in place of the factory bump stops on your vehicle.
They do offer the Timbren 1-Inch Spacer, part # A25723-90AH00, for vehicles that are lifted, but they do recommend only using a maximum of four spacers, or a 4 inch lift.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on the Timbren suspension system.
