Recommended Fold Up Bike Rack For A 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon

Question:

We do a lot of biking throughout out the week. That said, we are upgrading from a roof rack to a hitch rack and my concern is I want a rack that I can leave on my car all the time. Something that doesn't look monstrous and stick out when it's not in use (carrying bikes). What do you recommend for our situation?

The ability for the rack to fold up is your primary need and essentially be a part of your vehicle is a paramount consideration.
