Carrying One Bike on Hitch Mounted Bike Rack

When transporting one bike should it be on inside closes to car or outside?

When you're transporting one bike only on a rack such as the # TH92BJ Thule DoubleDown Pro XT, you'll want the bike on the inside, closest to the vehicle. When carrying two bikes, put the heavier of the two bikes closest to the vehicle. This helps reduce the leverage placed on the rack and the hitch it's installed in.
