The Flint Hill Goods 30" x 50" Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Ramp - 2" Hitch # FHG77ZR has a usable interior platform of 48" long x 28" wide x 5" deep and will carry a wide variety of wheelchairs and mobility scooters. However, I do have some concerns on whether or not this will work for you. From what I was able to find, it appears your 2013 Honda CRV only has a tongue weight capacity of around 150-lbs; you'll want to check your vehicle owner's manual to confirm this. If this is the case with your vehicle, carrying a mobility scooter on a cargo carrier like the Curt won't work unless the scooter weighs less than around 70-lbs since the carrier weighs 80-lbs. The information I was able to come up with shows that most mobility scooters weigh 220-250lbs or more.

Taking this into consideration, the best way for you to carry a mobility scooter with your 2013 Honda CR-V is going to be using a utility trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6 which has a capacity of 1295-lbs and should easily carry any mobility scooter. This trailer has a fold down ramp that will allow you to load the scooter easily and provides plenty of room with its 4x6 ft bed.

To tow this trailer you would need the Curt # C13119 hitch, a wiring harness to allow you to connect the trailer lights which is part # C56158 , a 1-7/8" hitch ball like part # C40002 and a ball mount similar to # C45296 . This would give you a complete towing package for your 2013 Honda CR-V.
