Hitch and Bike Rack That Allows Rear Cargo Access In Honda Odyssey

The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier for Vehicles w/ Spoilers part # HRF2 is a nice choice for the 2015 Honda Odyssey however it is not a good idea to open the rear door with the rack installed. The rack uses the door for stability and may fall off if the door is opened. I have attached an installation video for the Hollywood Rack on a 2012 Honda Odyssey you would remove the rack the same way but in reverse.
Since you would like to open your rear door with the bike rack installed, I recommend to install a trailer hitch on the 2015 Honda Odyssey with etrailer.com hitch receiver part # e98862 which is a no drill application so it's very easy to install. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
Then you can use a bike rack that tilts-away for rear cargo access. I recommend Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack part # TH9058 which will tilt completely away for rear cargo access in the Odyssey. I have attached a review video for you to check out. This particular bike rack does not come with locks so to protect your investment I recommend hitch lock # THSTL2 and cable lock part # e98891.
