Based on my research a 30 foot 2013 Milan Eclipse, has a maximum GVWR of 6,200 lbs (there are a number of models, and some have lesser GVWRs). This means that the trailer's tongue weight is going to be under 1,000 lbs, so the 3,500 lb rated # EJ-3520-BBX has more than enough capacity for the trailer.

Determining if the capacity of a jack is right for your trailer is actually pretty simple. The weight rating of the jack only needs to be rated for the tongue weight of the trailer, which is typically about 10% - 15% of the trailer, so as long as the capacity of the jack exceeds that weight, it will work perfectly. It's also worth noting that most A-frame jacks are rated for well over what the tongue weight will be..

I have added a link to a video review of this jack as well as a help article on trailer jacks for you which has a lot of good information that I also recommend checking out.
