That is a great question with a simple solution. If your battery needs to be disconnected for flat towing, all you need is the # RM-9332 12 Volt Outlet Kit. It features 5 feet of wire to reach your battery and provide direct power to a portable braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR.
To complete your flat towing package for your 2019 Kia Soul (manual transmission only) you will need a custom base plate kit, a tow bar, tow bar wiring and safety cables. I will make my recommendations below:
# RM-522115-5 Direct Connect Base Plates - Hidden brackets and removable arms for a sleek look
# RM-520 Tow Bar - The most popular among Kia Soul owners with Direct Connect base plates
# RM-643 Safety Cables - 68 inch long and 6,000 lb capacity with heavy duty steel hooks
# RM-15267 Tow Bar Wiring - Diode protected which makes it your most reliable option. A # RM-88400 Brake Light Relay is also needed to prevent your Kia's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
You will likely also need a high-low adapter to make up for the height difference between your RV and the Soul. I have attached a link to our available selections.
