The 4WD 2017 Cadillac Escalade can indeed be flat towed with all 4 wheels on the ground.
In order to flat tow the vehicle behind your RV you will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, a supplemental braking system, and most likely a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level.
Starting with the base plate kit I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect # RM-523179-5, which is custom designed for your Escalade and uses hidden brackets that maintain a clean appearance when you aren't towing. The direct-connect design also eliminates the need for a separate crossbar when hooking up to the tow bar.
Then for a compatible tow bar I highly recommend the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain # RM-422. This unit features a non-binding design that lets you easily release the vehicle (even on unlevel ground), extra-long telescoping arms that help a ton with maneuverability, and a robust 10,000 pound weight capacity. For a good set of safety cables I recommend the Roadmaster # RM-653.
Moving on to a lighting solution I really like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 that lets you wire the Escalade so that it accepts the RV's signal lights during travel. The included diodes also prevent any potentially harmful feedback.
Since the battery on your Escalade needs to be disconnected for flat towing (refer to your owner's manual) I also recommend adding the Quick Battery Disconnect # RM-766 that reduces this process to a simple flip of the switch inside the cab.
Then for the braking system I recommend the Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494. This system offers convenient storage and transport and will physically press down on the brake pedal inside your Escalade in correspondence to you doing the same in the RV.
Lastly I have attached a great article that details the process of picking out the right high-low adapter for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included video demonstrations and instruction manuals for the products mentioned that you can check out.
