What Grade is the U-Bolt of the U-Bolt Kit part # APUBR-1

Are these u-bolts Grade 5? Or Grade 8? Do you have a torque spec for these u-bolts?

The U-bolts of the U-Bolt Kit part # APUBR-1 are Grade 5. The torque range is minimum of 45 ft lbs and a maximum of 70 ft lbs.
